In 2014, FB International LLC took part, in conjunction with the
Technology Park at the Illinois Institute of Technology, of an EU-funded program called
RYME for young innovative companies involved in green technologies, biotech/healthcare, and IT/Electronics. The goal is to foster collaboration between 50 selected companies (France, Spain and Portugal) and 25 U.S. companies. The main result of this international business matchmaking program is the signing of a strategic alliance agreement between a Chicago-based IT firm and 2 Spanish companies, leading to the launch in October 2014 of a new product combining the expertise of the 3 partners.
As a result of 11 months of close collaboration, FB International LLC and the
European Center of Ceramics (“PEC”) signed a collaboration agreement to develop American participation into the ceramic cluster.
FB International LLC will bring its expertise in international business development and in the U.S. in particular, to the members of the PEC.
The PEC develops initiatives to promote all knowledge, applications, products and materials related to ceramics. A large part of its role is to listen to its industry members and identify their needs in order to promote the emergence of innovative applications.
