Our company is growing. We’ll need to bring in additional talent with strong interest in international business. Our needs will consist of 3 main categories:
We always welcome opportunities to expand our outreach when working on projects. We often look for experienced professionals in sales and distribution to complement our team, primarily in the US. We touch so many industries; it is hard to have expertise in all of them. At any point in time, we need to be ready to respond to diverse inquiries which could include, but not limited to: food products, software, products and services for municipalities, capital goods, ceramics, smart grid, medical devices, and possibly consumer goods.
To be considered and in addition to a resume, prospective contractors must indicate the specific market(s) expertise, the possible time availability, the possible territories and describe the level of computer skills (MSOffice and SharePoint). He/she should be able to communicate efficiently with our main team, be also open-minded, curious, sensitive to differences between foreign cultures and enjoy teamwork. Foreign language skills would be a plus.
In some cases, our clients ask us to organize or create distribution channels. To offer the most efficient service to our clients, we’d rather work with established distributors and manufacturers’ rep than bill for our time or use contractors.
In addition to a brochure, prospective Distributors/Rep must indicate the market(s) and product(s) they would be interested in, the territory and the existing clientele (in generic terms), along with the standard terms & conditions (so we can better sell you to our clients!).
The main goal is to develop win-win-win situation in which the client gets a faster access to market through selected distributors/Rep who will expand their sales potential while we facilitate the relationships to ensure an efficient service for international business development.

Ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with internal and external audiences including: political officials, consultants and clients. He/she should also be open-minded, curious, sensitive to diverse cultures, confident relationship builder, and enjoys teamwork and technology. Foreign language skills a plus.
